Looking for a fun, friendly group to start running with? Need some support and accountability for your fitness goals? We have FREE Group Runs from our store every Monday and Thursday Night at 6:30 PM. This friendly and casual group run contains runners and walkers of all ability levels. If you’re looking to start running, or just want a few people who run your speed, this is the group for you! You WON’T be intimidated by this group!

WHERE: St. Pete Running Company, 6986 22nd Ave North, St. Pete. We are in Marketplace Shopping Center, across the street from Tyrone Square Mall. We are located just next to LA Fitness Gym. Feel Free to Park your car anywhere you want.

WHEN: Every Monday and Thursday evening at 6:30. Plan on arriving by 6:20 to sign in.

WHAT: A relaxed Group Walk/Run. During fall and winter, we run to and around Azalea Park and back. We have a 5K route, but feel free to run whatever distance you’re comfortable doing. We will start with a group dynamic warm up and then put you into groups with people of similar paces.

WHO: YOU! This Running Group is for everybody! You don’t have to be fast or skinny. You don’t have to look or act a certain way. You just have to be YOU!

Looking for a fun, informative and motivational group to swim with? We have exactly what you're looking for. Swim St. Pete has been developed to help you maintain and increase your endurance and proficiency in the swimming pool. We’ve assembled a coaching team of experienced swimmers and accomplished triathletes to take your swim training to new depths. Attendees should expect to become more efficient and stronger swimmers. Bring your own goggles, a towel, a swim cap, a water bottle. (If you have your own kick boards, flippers and paddles- bring those too)

NOTE BEFORE ATTENDING: We require swimmers to possess basic swim and breathing fundamentals. You should be able to swim a few laps, breathe to the side, put your face in the water, etc. If you are unable to do that yet, we recommend swim lessons to ensure competency in the water before coming to this training group. At this time our group does not provide swim lessons, but rather training.

Cost: $60/month. Drop-in rate is $10. Passes are purchased at Walter Fuller Pool: 7901 30th Ave N, St. Pete, FL 33710

What: Pool workouts led by expert coaches for adult participation. (This is not swim lessons but more of an adult swim training group)

When: Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5:30 AM sharp! Saturdays at 9:30 AM.

Who’s it open to?: Swim St Pete is open to competent swimmers looking to become more proficient and efficient with their technique.

What to bring: Goggles, swim cap, towel. Also bring water/sports drink, and a snack to eat on the way home after training.

What to expect: The workout will be broken down into warm-ups & drills, a main set and a cool down. The coaches will break you into pace groups and lanes and you’ll complete your specific workout. Expect to share lanes with your pacing group!
