This is a running/Jogging group dedicated for people who suffer from any type of mental illness like Depression, anxiety, ocd etc...

Let's explore together the Magical benefits of Running on our mood, trust me running will show you a big relief from anxiety/depression, i tried it but actually its boring and hard when am alone doing it but together we will motivate each other to run on a daily basis.
