Rust Dublin July Remote Meetup

We're very excited to host Lily Mara, author of 'Refactoring To
Rust'. Lily works as an engineer with OneSignal and will be presenting an interactive live coding session highlighting the benefits of Telemetry in Rust.

Lily will do some live coding on an existing web service written in Rust, add OpenTelemetry instrumentation using the tracing crate, and use this instrumentation to track down and resolve bugs.
