Lightning talks

We're back again and it's time for another round of lightning talks! Like last time, if you've got something you want to talk about, just let one of the organizers know and we'll try and fit you in. If you'd like to present something, but you're not sure exactly what, try and find something that you think is useful and easy to explain in a short amount of time. It can be related to workflows, new and upcoming language features, macros, or anything else you can think of---as long as it's vaguely related to Rust.
