Crate Polishing Workshop

We'll meet up at COWO21 and draw by lot a crate that we'll (hopefully) polish to 1.0-worthiness. Then we'll split into groups, working on API, tests, docs, CI, etc.

If you can, bring a notebook – though we'll likely do pair programming anyway, it doesn't hurt.
