Meetup 19

Meetup 19 is the first meetup of 2020. It's temping to skip 19 and go straight to 20 but I'm sure there will be a Meetup 20 sometime this year.

Angus Lees will be giving a detailed intro to the recently stabilised async/await feature in Rust.

Steve Lee will be explaining the difference between *const vs *mut.

Zhengyi Yang will be talking about building a next generation distributed graph database using Rust over the last two years at UNSW.
