Welcome to SBM-PSG Meeting # 4 on the theme of "Life Changing Experiences"

The speakers will focus on events that has had an impact on life situations.

First Speaker: Ibrahim Mohamad

Speech Title: “Push.”

The speaker is a distinguished professional speaker, competing on the district conference. He has been a Toastmaster since 2010. He is passionate about public speaking, leadership and human behavior.
He will take this opportunity to lead us into one of his life experiences; One lesson he learned when his wife gave birth to their son in in 2012.

Second Speaker: August Chr. Dale-Mohr

Speech Title: “The Corona Lock-down; Political Panic Decision or Scientifically Based.”

The speaker has a background from the financial industry and has been a political youth leader in his earlier days. He has been a Toastmaster since 2017 and is currently VPE of Oslo Toastmaster and President of SBM-PSG.
He will take this opportunity to present two individual’s fate in the corona lock-down and raise the question of the scientific basis for the lock down.

After the speeches, there will be a short break.

After the break, 5 participants may provide impromptu interpolations (Table Topics) on the subjects presented followed by a Q&A session.

Thereafter the General Evaluator will present the Evaluators who will present evaluations of the speeches, finalized by the General Evaluator's report.

Opening at 18.00 hrs.

  • The President provides the welcome.

  • The Guests will introduce themselves.

  • The President conducts a Round Robin related to the Theme of the Evening; Life changing experiences.

  • The President introduces the TME.
    18.15 hrs: TME present the program of the evening:
    3 Parts; Speeches, Table Topics, Evaluations.

  • 2 speeches.

  • Ibrahim Mohamad; "Push".

  • Aug. C. Dale-Mohr; "The Corona Lock-down; Political panic decision or scientifically based.

  • The TME introduces the speakers.

  • Voting for best speaker.

18.50 hrs: The TME announces a pause.

19.00 hrs: The TME introduces the Table Topic Master;
Table Topics; 5 complimentary interpolations to the speeches presented.

  • Q & A session.

19.25 hrs: The TME Introduces the GE.

  • The GE introduces the Evaluations; 3 Evaluations of the speeches.
  • The GE presents the evaluation report of the event.

19.50 hrs: The TME Invites the President to hear comments from the guests and closes the meeting.
