I’m excited to announce part two of our three-part series, where we’ll discuss all things remote working tools and technology, remote team management and remote recruitment/onboarding.

In part 2, we’ll discuss how technology companies can use remote working to improve their effectiveness.

Tom will share his experiences of working with companies that have made the transition successfully. We’ll also discuss leadership strategies and practical tips for all levels from team to exec.

Part two will be hosted by Tom Howlett; Tom is the founder of RemoteTomato, a consultancy dedicated to helping technology companies transition to remote working. In 2010 he led a London based software company go from fully onsite to fully remote, not only did the company reduce costs but they increased productivity, collaboration and innovation as well as employee wellness and retention. Since then he’s been working with and coaching a mix of onsite and remote teams working all over the world. Tom’s mastery of the principles and techniques of remote working in the software industry can now be applied to help any company transition to a way of working that empowers everyone to become more effective and live a more balanced life, not just now but for years to come.
