I'm a certified running coach and I volunteer my coaching time to the various SARR Training programs. I'm also the organizer for the SARR Meet-Up site. I mainly run half marathons (several a year) but train 5K, 10K and half marathon runners.
Why do you like to run?
To stay in shape and to be able to eat what I want.
