During this incredible experience at Saymo Collective, Sonic Alchemy will delight us with rich, live tones of Crystal Singing Bowls and Shamanic Drumming to fill the space both within and without.

Sound is energy & vibration. These vibrations will allow us to enter into an altered state of consciousness & brainwave function, through which we may experience personal insights, spontaneous healing, & adventures within.

A "Sound Bath" can be an unforgettable experience for those who seek deep relaxation, rejuvenation and an acceleration of their inward journey. Physical injuries can be healed. Old emotional traumas released. Great insights can be accessed. You feel truly, vibrantly alive.

Please bring what will make you comfortable during the sound bath. Suggestions are a yoga mat, cushion, or blanket since many people prefer to be in a resting pose while they bathe in the sound. There will be bench seating available as well.

This hour long experience will include 10 minutes of guided meditation followed by 45 minute sound bath, leaving some integration time at the end.

There will be a water blessing and light refreshment (prasad) at the end of your sound healing journey.
