What we’re about
Everyone wants more inner peace and happiness. How do we do this with such busy, hectic lives? Kadampa Meditation is about understanding and experiencing how to cultivate and maintain being happy and how to share that with others. Through meditation and ancient Buddhist wisdom, we can increase our love and compassion for ourself and others by reducing our negative, disturbed states of mind and replacing them with positive, peaceful states.
