Everyone wants more inner peace and happiness. How do we do this with such busy, hectic lives? Kadampa Meditation is about understanding and experiencing how to cultivate and maintain being happy and how to share that with others. Through meditation and ancient Buddhist wisdom, we can increase our love and compassion for ourself and others by reducing our negative, disturbed states of mind and replacing them with positive, peaceful states.


Monday, Thursday & Friday - Lunchtime Meditation - 12-12:45pm, $8 or free for members

Tuesday General Program - 11:00-12:30, $12 or free for members

Overcoming Perfectionism, Self-criticism & Discouragement Mini Meditation Retreat Sat, June 22, 10am – 1pm | $25 Everyone is welcome! We often feel that if we are unable to do something perfectly then we are a failure. This dangerous mindset can lead to excessive self-criticism and discouragement. With Buddhist psychology, we gain insight into this process and learn practical methods that help us accept who and where we are. By engaging in fun activities, children learn positive, practical methods for managing challenging situations at school and home.
