This group is for anyone who needs long term weight loss, weight management, and lifestyle change solutions.

Most weight loss programs focus on diet. However, diet alone rarely supports long term weight loss. There are so many people who have lost weight but then gained it all back. Through lifestyle changes, weight loss can become sustainable in the long run. The purpose of the group is to create a fun, supportive community for people who are ready to change their lifestyles.

If you have struggled with weight loss privately, this is the perfect group for you to get support and get lean. In this group, members will share weight loss experiences and find practical solutions for lifestyle changes. The group provides you with knowledge, tools, motivation, and support to accomplish your weight loss goals, whether you want to lose 10 pounds or 100 pounds. Have fun while getting inspired by the success stories of your fellow members.

• Weight Loss and Fitness Assessment - FREE
I provide a free weight loss and fitness assessment for members. During the assessment, you will find out what your roadblocks are and how to overcome them. I will conduct a fitness evaluation and give you practical suggestions on how to achieve your goals. I will also answer your questions about weight loss and weight management. Since everyone’s situation is different, the assessment has to be conducted on a one-on-one basis. It takes about an hour. If you are interested, please message me.

• Member Self Help Meetings – FREE
Members get together to explore different aspects of weight management, share their weight loss experiences, and encourage each other in their quest for a healthy life.

• Weight Loss Coaching Classes
$10-$25 per member (depending on group size and duration)
Coaching is an important component of weight loss. Most people understand the basics behind weight management but have trouble implementing the changes into their daily life. A weight loss coach will provide science-based weight loss coaching to the members. The weight loss coach will discuss weight loss and wellness topics, provide cooking demonstrations, and answer questions from the group.

• Group Fitness Training Classes
$10-$25 per member (depending on group size and duration)
Regular exercise holds the key for long term weight loss. Group fitness training is different from group exercise. In group fitness training, each member will receive individualized attention from a certified fitness trainer. The trainer will teach members how to exercise according to their own fitness levels and design exercise routines that can maximize weight loss. Group fitness training is more affordable than one-on-one training. If you want to exercise regularly but don’t know where to start or have a hard time sticking to your routines, this is the class for you.
