Are you a San Diego small business owner?

Are you stuck in place or struggling to make progress?

Could you benefit from a local community of small business owners sharing ideas and helping each other grow as a result?

We are two business professionals from different backgrounds with the goal of bringing together and helping local business owners.

Kristen Rugile:
Kristen has a passion for designing and operating small businesses and helping others successfully do the same. She has over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, five years in real estate, and a cumulative 15 years running and consulting various types of small businesses. She loves community and volunteering her time on a local level. She held an elected position on the Oak Park Community Council as Treasurer for three years and currently sits on the committee of Economic Development in the Diamond BID.

Zach Collins:
Started out with ZERO online, marketing, video, or teaching experience, then built one of the top drum lesson channels on YouTube in 2015 (and still ranked within the top 3 for his chosen key words with little to no current effort). He has successfully transformed his lifelong passion for drumming into an online business that provides passive income on auto-pilot.
Now he helps people start or grow their existing business leveraging the power of social media marketing.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

There will be 1.5 hours of masterminding.

Please bring a notebook, an open mind, and think of something you want to celebrate, a challenge you want help with or something you want to move faster on.

Here’s the format:

*Who you are and what you do (30 seconds)
*Gratitude/celebrations (30 seconds) *Challenge or current initiative you need support with (60 seconds, please be concise)
*Clarifying questions from group
*Connections, resources, opportunities, people, systems, suggestions etc.

Follow up with that person from the group if we run out of time.

Work with each other to create accountability, support, stakes, whatever you need to ensure that you take action toward your goals until you succeed.

A NOTE ON TIME KEEPING

Everyone gets 8 minutes (or slightly more if it's not too big a group) Please be respectful of everyone's time and take a note to follow up with that person afterward if you feel the need.

This is a safe, private group. Treat it with the same sense of privacy and respect that you would your own home with your friends and family. Please consider others and their desire for privacy— do not share anything that happens inside of the room outside of the room without the consent of all concerned and all it may affect.

Listen more than you talk and be considerate of others and where they are at in their journey.

We look forward to meeting and supporting all of you!

NOTE: Attendance requires an RSVP via Eventbrite. The Eventbrite ticket link will be posted on each event page 1-week prior to the mastermind.
Please do not claim a ticket unless you are 100% sure you can attend.
