Haskell Learners' Group

Details
Have you ever wanted to learn Haskell? Do you know a little Haskell but not enough to write real world applications? Do you know Haskell but just want to work through the fundamentals again?
Come learn Haskell with us!
In addition to its regular monthly meetup, SeaHUG is hosting an inclusive study group, which will meet on the first Wednesday of every month. Together we'll strive to master the fundamentals of practical Haskell development.
For our first meeting we'll assess where we are as a group, and make some decisions about how to structure our study. But we'll also make sure to run some real Haskell code.
• What to bring
Please bring a laptop! (Extra credit: if you're feeling confident, get Haskell working on your machine with one of these install options: https://www.haskell.org/downloads)
• Important: RSVP
We'll be meeting at the WeWork on Stewart & Boren. They require a guest list 24 hours in advance. Bring an ID!
• "SeaHug is hosting." What does that entail?
While this will be a peer-based study group (i.e., not seminar or tutorial based), more experienced Haskell users from SeaHUG will be offering guidance and help. We'll also share a Slack group and message board, so we can help each other in our studies the other 30ish days of the month.
• What do you mean by inclusive?
Whoever you are, we welcome you as you are. Also, we'll stick to using freely available resources.
