We are charged with building better products but what does “better” really mean? In this talk, Ash Maurya will offer a framework for defining "better". During this hour, he'll cover practical examples and steps for putting the framework to practice.

In this talk you'll learn:

  • The importance of starting with problems before solutions
  • How to search for new problems worth solving
  • How to prioritize these problems and build solutions your customers love
