DESCRIPTION:
Our panel discussion will include many questions, but to highlight a few:

* What are the challenges faced by girls and women who pursue careers in STEM, including careers in data science?

* What constitutes a data science career? Examples of data science jobs.

* How can one get started in data science as a change in their career
path at mid career point?

* Will data science as a skill become a need for every engineer to learn in
the future or will it be a specialized?

*What engineering or math topics should refresh on to prepare herself for a data science career?
