ABSTRACT
This event, presented by The Hive Think Tank, explores the transformation of enterprise finance by digital technologies across Revenue Management, Planning & Forecasting, Accounting, Internal Controls, Audit, GRC, & Treasury functions. The trends of digital transformation, the pace of business change, M&A, and business growth across multiple-geographies are driving the need for finance transformation. Digital technologies ranging from cloud applications, visualization and analytics, process robotics and automation, process mining and optimization, and AI are enabling finance organizations to deliver strategic business insights and in turn, better outcomes. These improved outcomes cement finance’s position as a true business partner by helping to drive business strategy and by improving the service, insights, and analysis it delivers to the business. Digital transformation enables finance to do more with less, while reducing risk & improving integrity, as well as be more proactive and more agile in decision support. The finance leaders on the panel will discuss their journeys of finance transformation.
