If you are interested in learning more about fitness, but have been nervous about getting started -- come on by! If you have exercised consistently in the past, but have taken a break following an injury, stress, adrenal fatigue, or pregnancy, come on by! If you are looking to meet some other women in your community and have some social interaction while getting into a new workout routine, come on by! All levels welcome, but the focus will be on beginner/moderate level. All ages welcome. Workouts will include low intensity cardio/mobility warmup, bodyweight movements, and stretching.
