However, with a B2B Products or a new product, experiments can be challenging to gain clear insights. Product Managers can be led down the wrong path, following the latest and greatest need from the hot prospect or last customer interview. Geoff will talk about his shift from a high scale, data-driven organization to a domain with sparse opportunities for data-driven experiments, and how we are applying the learnings at Flexport, B2B at Scale." -- Matt Kaufman - Roblox VP of Product Topic: Managing a product organization Bio: Matt is an experienced product leader who can drive strategic decisions while staying focused on implementation details. He has built successful marketplace platforms, enterprise SaaS applications, and multi-player games by integrating customer feedback, data science, and common sense.
