Presentation: Concurrent Queue Workers for Drupal
Several modules and implementations rely on the Drupal Queue API to process items. These items are usually processed by cron in a single process with an extremely limited throughput. In this talk, we're going to show how to reliably increase the queue performance using multiple workers with a pure-PHP solution and libraries like ReactPHP.
