Let's do this again! This time a different route.
A couple of weeks ago we did the Silverlake Circles in L.A.
Each walk gets better and better and the neighborhoods are truly amazing. We will be walking along a few staircases, famous houses including Judy Garlands, beautiful gardens and homes with cool architecture. There is so much history in Silverlake especially in the movie industry.
We will do a loop and start/end at the same location.

7 SECRET STAIRCASES OF SILVERLAKEThe secret stairs are based on this book and showcase staircases all over Los Angeles.
SECRET STAIRS BY CHARLES FLEMINGParking- is free along the streets of Glendale Blvd and Fletcher or maybe you can park at Starbucks are meeting place.
Bus routes to the staircases are also easy which makes it more convenient be dropped off at the meeting spot.WHAT TO BRING: A POSITIVE ATTITUDE: energy snacks, at least 2 liters of water, electrolytes, sunscreen, trail runners/walking shoes with good tread, poles if you like and the TEN ESSENTIALS

I will do my best to make sure we all summit. I expect the group to stay together. This will not be a fast-paced hike, it's mostly for distance and elevation gain. If you do not wish to go at my moderate pace or wait for the group then please hike on your own time.
You are free to turn around at any time as long as you inform me and know your way back. Also, if this heat wave continues and I feel it is too hot to proceed with the hike, I will make the decision for the group to turn around and head back to the parking lot.
