What we’re about
We are an affiliate of the American Humanist Association. We are here to be a beacon of reason for those that consider themselves secular, atheist, agnostic, humanist, and/or a free thinker. If you are searching for a place to ask questions, you have found it. If you are searching for an inclusive group that is here to listen and not to judge, you have found it. We stand on the side of equality, not division. The side of science, not pseudoscience. You do not have to agree with everything everyone says, but we do expect kindness, compassion, and civility from all that participate in our events.
Please join us. We would love to meet you!
**Not sure whether or not you're a Humanist? "Humanism is a nontheistic worldview with ethical values informed by scientific knowledge and driven by a desire to meet the needs of people in the here and now. At the foundation of those values is an affirmation of the dignity of every human being." - The American Humanist Association

Hard Truth Distilling Co., 418 Old State Rd 46, Nashville, IN, USWho’s up for one more hike before the leaves are gone?! Brown County State Park is about a 2 hour drive South of Lafayette. There’s a really good restaurant and distillery right across the street from the State Park! So let’s head down there around 10:45-11, grab a drink and some grub, and get lost in the woods for a couple hours!!
Anyone interested in carpooling?! Just let me know! We can caravan down there or just plan on meeting around 1pm at Hard Truth! (Whoever gets there first, put us on the wait list!!)
Make sure you bring plenty of water!
