Come join our Self Defense group! We want to make sure that everyone, regardless of size, gender, & age, gain the confidence and necessary skills to be able to protect themselves.

(Age requirement: 14+)

Training is based off realistic movement that most people can do.

We don't require prior self defense skills or being in shape. All we ask is for a real desire to learn how to defend yourself and your loved ones.

Up until 20 years ago the Tang Wei System was unavailable to the public and was only taught as a closed-door system to family members and close associates. Mindset and Strategy The Wu Ji Quan Fa approach to developing mindset and strategic is highly unique and is typically only glossed over in most martial arts. If you do not specifically understand how to generate a mindset capable of excelling in the combat environment and how to strategize prior to the exchange of hostilities, then the battle is lost prior to ever engaging. We apply extensive modern criminal research in the application of what we teach so that you are prepared to use what you learn IN CONTEXT. The training is highly practical in this sense, giving you EFFECTIVE and LEGAL means to deal with modern criminal threats like knife assaults, being held at gunpoint, being ambushed by one or more assailants, surviving an active shooter, surviving a home invasion, domestic violence, etc. Fighting Tactics Wu Ji Quan Fa includes the full array of tactics including striking, kicking, grappling as well as how to use several close quarters weapons including firearms for self-protection. We recognize that there are only so many ways to move and that all people that have four limbs will have a lot in common. While there are other styles that include a similar scope of tactics, Wu Ji Quan Fa offers these tactics with a couple significant innovations. Wu Ji Quan Fa includes an unmatched system of teaching you to generate POWER. Power is the currency of fighting and is the primary factor that determines whether a tactic is viable or not. Further, Wu Ji Quan Fa includes a systematic approach to the hardest part of a fight, MAKING ENTRY. Often this is glossed over in most training. Techniques are taught rigidly in a vacuum where the entry phase of the fight is a posited as a given.
