Next Meetup

See you Spoon at the Next Brunch!
This time we are returning to the Spoon Trade in Grover Beach. Spoon Trade is known for their delicious food and drink and they have a nice outdoor seating area (weather permitting.) They don't accept reservations, but if we can all arrive by 9:45 at the latest, we should be able to get a table right away. (They open at 10:00.) Due to the non-reservation policy - it is essential that you arrive no later than 10:00. We will walk in and get a table with whomever is present at that time. See you there! *Special note* We are are making this brunch a "Members Only" brunch. Our brunches are so popular that there is always a waiting list and we want as many members to be able come as possible. So - you will not be able to click on a +1. Thanks for understanding this one time.

What we're about

Make new friends and meet some interesting ladies at this new brunch club for SLO women (sorry guys!). Our ages will generally be 30's, 40's, and 50's. Must be over 21. Let's get together one or two Sundays a month to day-drink and stuff ourselves!! We'll pick restaurants along the coast from Cambria to Pismo Beach. We can also opt to have a brunch at one of our homes. For safety and security, we will limit those brunches to active members. Also, we request that all members upload a current picture to their profile. Occasionally, we will have a non-brunch event.

We currently have a limit of 400 members, and we do not charge a membership fee. While it is free to be a member of the SLO Ladies Brunch Club, there is a monthly cost for the organizers. To help defray this cost, we charge a nominal (typically $3 - $5) fee to RSVP/attend the meetup. We may switch from RSVP fee to membership fee in the future.

Please follow our RSVP Rules: If you RSVP "yes" for an event, it is important that you attend. Since most of our events require making reservations at restaurants, we need to let them know the exact number of diners. Also, we discourage members from holding a spot just in case they might want to go. That keeps others, who would go, from getting a spot. While there are waitlists, they just don't work well on meetup.com. So, don't RSVP "yes", unless you're really going to go. With that in mind, cancellations within 24 hours of the event are considered a "no-show". If you have too many no-shows, your membership in the group will be terminated.
