What we’re about

If you're interested in dreams, I invite you to join us for an ongoing series of creative dreamwork weekly in San Miguel de Allende, to establish a safe and inspiring space to collaboratively work on dreams over time. Beginners and experienced dreamworkers welcome. Please send a message if you're interested in attending a dream circle.

Dreamwork is the work of self-understanding and self-empowerment. Our dreams deliver gifts of insight and guidance, and can be a wealthy source of inspiration and creativity. The multiple levels and depths of meaning within our dreams provide us with the innate wisdom to achieve the life we desire and deserve.

The dream circle format will be loosely based on Jeremy Taylor's Projective Dreamwork guidelines, borrowing from other various dreamwork approaches, such as archetypal dreamwork, active and applied imagination, embodiment, and active dreaming, drawing from contributions by Carl Jung, Jeremy Taylor, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Jill Mellick, Robert Johnson, Eugene Gendlin, Robert Bosnak, and Robert Moss.

Working with dreams in a group is a highly beneficial practice for honoring and learning from the wisdom of our dreams. In collaborative dreamwork, with curiosity and respect, the shared perspectives of others help us to illuminate vital messages and personal truths essential to our creating and sustaining a richer and more inspiring life.
