SMART Recovery Meeting at Trinity College!
SMART takes an “all recovery” approach that includes any compulsive harmful behavior (such alcohol/drug use, gambling, smoking/vaping, over-exercising, excessive cellphone/internet/video game use, eating issues, self harm, sex/love addiction, over-exercising, anger, perfectionism, or any other harmful habit).
SMART’s program evolves as the science of successful behavior change evolves and is based on concepts from: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. We learn new skills every meeting!
