Needs a location

Abstract:
Developing big apps can be challenging to productionize in a manner that offers end users a seamless experience. For our May meetup, Freddy Drennan will provide an overview of how he structures large R applications, lessons learned, and he'll discuss the types of problems he is interested in solving. Freddy will touch on Docker and docker-compose, nginx, plumber, shiny, and redis. He'll also share some tips about how to structure modules within a shiny-app.

Bio:
Freddy moved into R after leaving nursing in the military. Most of his professional career has involved building R infrastructure as well as the applications themselves.
