Old Cars at the Simpson Farm
Details
Come join us for a trip to Simpson’s Farm on Saturday, November 20th. Simpson’s Farm features over 500 old cars, trucks, tractors, and other vehicles in various states of disrepair, neatly laid out in rows just waiting to be photographed and admired. Let's begin photographing the vehicles in the afternoon and stay into the early evening hoping for that great late afternoon light.
Simpson's Farm is located in Gainesville, GA about a 45 minute drive from the Toco Hills area of Atlanta (where SPS meets when we're meeting in person).
For more information on Simpson's Farm, see the recent magazine article in Vettes of Atlanta (link below).

SPS has three standing meetings each month for its members and guests. The First Friday meeting features an outside speaker and a competition. While competition entries at these monthly meetings are restricted to currently paid-up members, we ALWAYS welcome visitors interested in photography to attend. The Learnshops (fourth Tuesdays) and Coffee & Critique (second Saturdays) are intended for members, but again, we welcome visitors. If you attend regularly, we ask that you help support the club (which pays for the rental of the facilities, supplies, and equipment) by becoming a member!
