Manohar Punna (https://twitter.com/ManuSQLGeek) is an SQL Geek and President of DataPlatformGeeks by passion and a Data Platform Consultant by profession. He is a speaker at various SQL Server Day events and user groups, SQL Saturday Melbourne and Sydney, SQLBits XIV conference and SSGAS conferences.
He has authored over 150 blogs and has written a One DMV a Day series which is a longest one day series on any topic on SQL Server till date.
Manu's session will focus on the paradigm shift of databases to cloud, and are the services of a traditional database professional needed in the future? What are the challenges and how to overcome them? How can you keep up with the tide? Manu will try and answer these questions and any others you have about cloud databases.
