Let's talk about problems in flipping!

We meet so many people that lose money in flips - we feel it's a subject that gets avoided frequently. Let's talk about issues in flipping and what Do-It-Yourself-Channel is not telling you. Things like financing, ARV, common mistakes, etc.

Tarl did a great presentation on some of the mistakes recently at Seattle Investors Club - but him being in Galapagos with his wife, Grace - he won't be able to make it to this event to share his experience.

Even if this subject is not of interest, come by and network!

This meeting will be held at our "headquarters" house in Des Moines / Redondo.

We decided to limit this event to a number of attendees - as it might be announced on other places - so be sure to RSVP. Comfortably we can only accommodate so many folks - but we may be moving our meetings to a new location!

This will be a potluck, so feel free to bring something to share with other members. Since it will be held at private residence, you are free to bring alcoholic beverage to share as well. We will have wine / beer to share. That's one of the benefits to hold it at a private location, we can chat Real Estate and have a drink!
