What we're about
If you've ever dreamed of making it through the finish line but don't know how to get started, this program is for you! This class is designed for the beginner to accomplish a 5K run (3.1 miles).
You'll learn about running form, injury prevention, increasing speed and distance, and choosing the right shoe. Classes will meet for 8 weeks and will finish with a 5K Race (optional). We will meet one day per week and you will run 2 days per week on your own.
Training starts Saturday March 16th in Greenwich rain or shine (but not thunder). Are you in?

Wednesday group runs are open to everyone & will rotate parks throughout Stamford, Darien, New Canaan, & other stroller friendly parks! *Wednesday runs are weather permitting.
