What we're about

Welcome to the STAC Run Club of Hamilton and Burlington.

It is free to join and you can show up at any of our meetups. We have weekly road and trail runs, a meetup to work on specific skill sets as well as trail runs.

We will always run at different paces so this group is geared towards beginners to advanced runners.

Check out the schedule and join in on the fun! Providing a supportive and welcoming environment to everyone.

Let's go!

Sincerly,

Vincent Kuber
