Greetings Women Who Code!

Like many social and professional groups, Women Who Code St Louis experienced a disruption to our event plans as a result of the pandemic. This took an unfortunate toll on our momentum. As a result, we've been quiet for the past 3 months ☹️

But now, we are ready to kick those sad faces to the curb, and get back to our mission of inspiring women to succeed in tech!

Will you join us?

WHAT?
The first event of 2021 will be a virtual networking event! The subject matter will focus on what you hope to get out of your membership with this group, as well as how you may be willing to contribute to the group through volunteer and leadership opportunities.

WHY?
Because we haven't had a chance to network and mingle in a whole year! And because so much has changed since we hosted our launch event in 2019. Let's reconnect and make 2021 the best year ever!

HOW?
We will structure the event similar to "speed networking" where you are assigned to a breakout rooms for a short period of time, then we will come back and switch breakout rooms until everyone has talked to everyone. Depending on the size of our event, we may need to assign 3 or 4 people do each breakout room at a time. You will be given suggested conversation topics for each breakout room.
