We will be continuing our conversation about Majid Iqbal's book, Thinking in Services, at the next STLX Book Club gathering on Wednesday, May 6 beginning at at 6:30 pm CDT. This month we will be discussing Part Two of the book, which includes the chapters "Promises", "Factors", “Elements”, and "Frames".

We will start off by discussing the main themes of Part Two and sharing quotes or highlights you found particularly interesting and finish by discussing the concepts in the context of everyday services. (Come prepared with a service you have recently participated in if you’d like to discuss it.)
