This is a group for individuals looking to enhance their career and give back to the community. if you are looking for leadership roles in your workplace, this group will teach you how to become an effective leader. If you are looking to help your community, your co-workers and employees build their confidence for growth in their personal and professional life, you have reached your mentoring coach. This group will also give graduating high-school students FREE guidance and education for attending college. For those college graduates, limited FREE guidance will be given, with minor costs for elevated job assistance. FREE looks will be given for resumes with additional costs for in-depth work. The founder of this group has life experiences in both her personal and professional life that has taught her how to maneuver for a successful career and business. In addition to her life's experiences, she has enhanced her teachings with education from Sinclair Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership, and a Master of Science degree in Leadership Development from Wright-State University. She has worked in Human Resources for over 20 years, her social skills are enhanced by her 20 year career degree in Wedding and Special Event Planning from Penn Foster Career School. There is a fee to join this group and a recurring yearly fee of $75. Some meetups may have an additional small fee for materials you will receive and valuable life and career changing lessons. Ms. Ladd received her undergrad at the age of 39 and her graduate degree at the age of 48. IT'S NEVER TOO LATE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
During this 6 week co-ed series, Goal Diggers will learn how leadership, teamwork, and growth lead to success in business and in running a successful company! We will develop/improve business plans and get educated on why they are important for the sucess of your business. We will also be reminded what it takes to be a leader who will attract willing followers. Interviewing tips and legal interview questions will be covered along with a host of other teamwork and individual activities like mock interviews and on the spot speaking.
