One of the biggest questions that Product Managers usually get asked is: “How did you get into Product Management?” followed by “How do you do PM work?” We'll be answering these questions and a more throughout this evening.

This is a long-awaited follow-up to the Product team event held over two years ago. A lot has changed since then, so expect interesting topics, fresh approaches and booming discussions!

We'll start with an introduction into how our team fell into Product Management. There is no “golden path” but, rather, a series of individual stories — which makes us a mixture of various backgrounds. What brings everyone together are our core values and knowledge base.

Many skills that make a good PM come naturally (communication, organization, etc.). But some can be taught, and those can help you go from good to great. We’d like to dive into them and show you a few of our tricks.

If you want to get into Product Management, you’ll find out where to start. And if you're an experienced PM, we'll show you how things are done at STRV and give you some tips on how to push your PM-ing to the next level.

• Showcasing that by using data, you can pivot your product development process and can use it to help stakeholders make better decisions.
• Kate Douskova: Constructive Feedback
• Showcasing that just sending out a form won’t do anything. Try to think outside of the box and don’t be afraid of the negative aspects of it.
