This is a group for anyone looking to use SUP (stand up paddling) as part of their fitness regimen. All fitness levels are welcome! The fast growing sport of SUP is a great core balance workout that can include strength training and aerobics.
Meetups will happen at outdoor flat water locations for distance paddling, as well as indoor recreation center pools for stationary on-water exercises or floating yoga.
I created this group as a way for SUP'ers to continue their paddling workouts throughout the winter months and new SUP enthusiasts to try SUP anytime of year.
