Invite the water to teach you new things about your own self awareness, you are stronger than you realize. If you are feeling scattered, SUP Yoga and Fitness classes will help you learn how to stay focused. Not only that, you will get to enjoy the fun of utilizing the paddle board for more than just paddling and get to work on yourself from head to toe while enjoying fun times and memories with the beautiful community of Fort Collins. These classes are for all levels of fitness and yoga even the beginner and are meant for those that are drawn to the water and wish to enjoy a life outdoors in the summer months!
