What value would you place on a product management apprenticeship 4 week deep dive?

How much would hands-on exposure within a company with open product management positions and the opportunity to complete a real deliverable within a 4 week (8 session~24 hours) program that includes team collaboration, training and coaching be worth to you in terms of forwarding your career? Currently locally available 1 day product management training and certification courses cost $699-$1200.00, with 2 days priced at $1200.00 - $1900. There is also a 5 day course for $6,300.

What is your interest in getting exposure to product management at big companies?

At ProductCampSF (Oct 12, 2013) there was a popular afternoon session on the need for an apprenticeship program in product management to provide experiential training and enable people seeking entry a foot in the door. We're currently very early in the conceive stage of building this product for the Startup Product Academy (SPA). Please help us test some assumptions! Would you be interested in getting hands-on product management exposure at big companies (who may be located on the Peninsula and South Bay, or outside SF) in an apprenticeship-like low-touch program?
