What we're about
For all levels of people interested in Yoga! This class focuses on the different aspects of Hatha Yoga (Asana: postures, Pranayama: yogic breath, Kriya: cleansing techniques, Bandha: energetic locks and Mudra). SVAHA is my little way of sharing yoga knowledge and to make yoga accessible to everyone who has an interest in building an all-rounded yoga practice, good body mechanics and a strong connection to breath: which can all be incorporated into their daily lives. I hope to inspire those who come to my classes to improve their lives through physical and mental mindfulness.
