This is a group for anyone interested in learning to meditate. We focus on the physical, mental and emotional benefits that meditation can bring. When we learn to meditate and find peace, we have a positive effect on everyone around us.
For new & experienced meditators who wish to learn how to meditate, or deepen their practice. The hour consists of a video showing meditation instructions for 10 minutes, followed by 15 minutes of meditation, 15 minutes of discussion, and 15 minutes of meditation.
We practice a technique called Jyoti meditation, which means meditation on the inner Light. Everyone has been enjoying these sessions and feeling the peace and centeredness of meditation.
