Try it by booking on to a Taster, Learn how to apply the technique by booking on to a 'Learn to Nordic Walk' course and then come and join us on the regular Nordic Walks. Walks range from EZ for 70+, Low intensity Health Walks, Moderate to High intensity Fitness Walks and Adventure Walks for the more intrepid walker. Suitable for all ages and all abilities.
