Since then, Susan has reversed her diabetes and enjoys numerous other health benefits. I now enjoy numerous types of rejuvination, including better sleep, lower BP, lower A1C, and less inflamtion. Together, we've lost over 150 pounds! We are still on our jouney, and hope you are of similar mind and would like to join!
This group has had many different kinds of meetups, including potlucks, picnics, hikes, activism, and even the trampoline park! We're a welcoming group of people, of all different ages and backgrounds. Almost all of our meetups are kid-friendly. We love dogs too, but they are harder to host in meeting rooms, so we'll post specifically when they are most welcome.
This group is always first and foremost intended to be INCLUSIVE. Recognizing that we are all on different paths of education, commitment, and enlightenment, we encourage anyone interested in improved health, well being, and the sustainability of the planet to join.
