The benefits that we can receive from meditation in Sahaja Yoga are countless, to mention some - Peaceful Mind, Balance in Life, Good Health, Improves Memory & Concentration, makes you more creative & alert. It helps us to go beyond our past fear, worries of the future and enjoy our life in present moment.

Sahaja Yoga is made of two words - Sahaja + Yoga. Sahaja means something that is simple, spontaneous and born with us. Yoga means union. It give us the true yoga by making us one with our inner powers by giving us Self - Realization the very first time we meditate. It impacts our physical, mental and emotional being in a positive manner giving us complete integration from within. We have really benefitted from Sahaja Yoga techniques in all spheres of our life and volunteer our time to share this with everyone who can take advantage of it.

 You never have to pay for Sahaja Yoga Meditation anywhere in the world since it is based on the system which is already present within us, which is our own.
