What we’re about
Data visualization, data analytics, and data science doesn't have to be a hard to learn - and you also don't need a fancy degree to get started. No matter if you're looking to learn, build, or grow your skills in these subjects, you'll enjoy attending our quarterly meetup. Outside of having catered food, drinks, and a bartender (all for no cost to attend might we add), you'll get to collaborate and learn from professionals working in the industry.
Our approach is to have local leaders in their respective fields discuss how their business used data visualization to solve a specific problem. This helps you avoid abstract theory, and allows you to get your hands dirty with real data visualization examples and projects. Our presenters are easy to approach and have conversations with as they're goal is to act as a helpful co-worker - not a professional know it all.
It doesn't matter if you're new to data visualization - or are very knowledgeable. The purpose of our meetup it to provide an open and collaborative environment to teach, learn, and evolve data visualization skills.
