Sacramento Evolving Health is focused on empowering people to create the structures and support systems necessary for sustaining healthy attitudes and behaviors. The founder of this group is Ruben Guzman, a Board-certified Lifestyle Medicine Professional, certified by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, who also holds a Masters in Public Health and studied three years at UC Davis School of Medicine. It has been Ruben’s dream to create an entire community of people who support each other in creating healthy and vibrant lifestyles! Ruben conducts most of the FREE seminars with great topics. We sometimes plug into other events which have wonderful guest speakers come and educate us on a number of health topics including creating a thriving fit consciousness, hydration, nutrition, supplementation, cardiovascular exercise, strength, flexibility, rest, stress management and much more! And… we have lots of fun!! There is no cost to join us online. Meeting fees vary, but usually are FREE. We hope you will join us for one of our lively and informative meetings!
