I can’t wait to connect with you at our Heart Healing Hapé Medicine Sound Bath. Led by Kels! At this gathering, we will open sacred space and set intentions as a group and individually. I will then serve each participant Hapé, this sacred tobacco medicine helps to release stuck, negative energy that is no longer serving your growth, often leaving one with more self love, guidance and clarity.

Additionally, there will be relaxing breath exercises, followed by beautiful sound vibrations taking you on your own sacred heart journey.

My intention for this ceremony is for you to feel grounded & safe enough in your body, to drop out of your mind and allow your heart to lead.

More info on Hapé?

Hapé is a powerful sacred medicine used for thousands of years by tribes of the Amazon as well as many other South American indigenous cultures. Hapé is a powdered snuff made up of medicinal herbs and sacred tobacco.

What to bring ?

In this ceremony, we will ground in our intentions with hapé & sananga while injoying a sound journey. My intention is to create a safe space for you to express yourself so you can release and receive all that you desire ✨️

About the medicines...

-Hapé is a preparation of powdered herbs with a tobacco base that is administered through the nose. It brings a feeling of alertness and elevation while you receive wisdom through your intention.
Consuming plant medicines through the nose is much more ancient than we realize. Indigenous tribes from the Amazon have used it for hundreds of years in all aspects of life, from formal rituals and healing ceremonies to social gatherings.

-Sananga is an eyedrop that is derived from the roots and bark from the Tabernaemontana Undulata shrub found in South American countries. The tribes use it to sharpen their vision while hunting however Sananga offers so much more!
It resets your energetic field while clearing any negative energies in the body.
Physically it detoxifies the body and if used consistently can assist in ocular diseases such as glaucoma, cataracts, farsightedness, nearsightedness and blindness.
