SONIC EXPLORATION: DRUMMNG AND THE GONG

Every month we will be holding an evening of sonic exploration at the Centre, affording the opportunity to experience many different ways of sound healing. The evening is split into two separate sections. Every month the first session from 7 pm to 8 pm will be some form of group experience. The cost for this part of the evening is £10. This is followed by a tea break. The second part of the evening will always be a seated gong meditation from 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm and the fee for this is also £10. You are welcome to attend both sessions at the fee of £20 for the evening, or just one or the other for £10.

In December we will be experiencing a group Reiki Drum Journey and some group drumming to raise energy during our drumming session.

For our gong session, you will be seated in a chair and the gong will be used for a specific meditation each month.
