In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore: Why we don’t ask for things (and what we do instead) Why you don’t need to feel pressure when your partner asks for something How to ask for exactly what you want What true safety to say no feels like in your body How to make requests and adjustments when you aren’t getting what you want Join Madelon Guinazzo and Marcia Baczynski for an enlightening evening of discovering how to communicate about what you truly want. Learn simple and effective approaches to experiencing what makes you feel safe and good in your own skin.
