This group for anyone that is interested in learning and practicing Meditation.

I teach simple and powerful Meditation techniques which have been used by great master’s for hundreds of years in India.

I am a great believer that when we are given a special project to implement in this world, we will also be given any needed resources, direction, tools, motivation, inspiration—basically everything necessary to successfully complete the project.

My story is a living proof for that. I was given a divine gift for sharing simple and powerful meditation techniques with anyone who is willing to learn how to meditate, wherever they may be in the world.

I have been sharing these techniques over the last few years with a closed circle of people (coworkers, friends, neighbors etc.) with excellent results. Beginning in 2017 , I started opening up these meditation sessions to everyone in my local community, and it became clear that the sessions needed to be expanded to be available to all those interested around the world, and I chose the Zoom Video Conferencing tool. I now offer in-person, video conferencing sessions, and one-on-one sessions. In March 2018, I registered SacredSpace LLC in Massachusetts and am currently developing my website “sacredspacewithinyou.com” with some skilled volunteers. Please check the “Offerings” page for a detailed schedule. Until the website is launched, the website is redirected to my Facebook page where students can find the upcoming class schedule.

I strongly believe that unlike worldly education, meditation classes, which are focused on mind and soul cleansing, are a special gift from Self-realized Masters to the world. I have been meditating for a number of years with Siddha Guru Ramanananda Maharshi and I am grateful to Maharshi for giving his blessing and encouraging me to lead meditation classes. Maharshi’s resolve to share these non-denominational teachings through me has been an enormous gift for me and all those who have already received, and will participate in the sessions in the future..

One example of how Maharshi’s power works in these meditations is that, even participants with no prior exposure to meditations, are often able to quieten their minds and sit in a meditative state for longer than they ever thought possible.

21-Day Fall Meditation Challenge-- Shed unwanted inner thought / emotions

Join Us! In the autumn, nature provides the right conditions for trees to shed their colorful leaves. This shedding can tremendously cleanse your Inner Space and provide strength to juggle all your responsibilities with ease. Sacred Space is kicking off it’s curriculum with an Online 21-Day Fall Meditation Challenge. I will guide the participants through meditations — coaching you with an aim to provide the right conditions to help you “shed your leaves” and cleanse yourself of unwanted or unnecessary thoughts and emotions. You will observe and surrender unwanted thoughts and emotions and will keep track of things you witnessed about yourself in a daily journal. You can ask me questions during the week — we will have a Facebook Group. Each Wednesday we will have a 1-hour mid-week group online meditation and a Q&A session. After a half-hour meditation, I will offer encouraging advice and answer questions received during the week. Where: We will meet online, via video chat and our Facebook Group. (Optional: The first 11 local participants to request to do so, may attend an in-person Sunday meditation in Westborough in lieu of the Sunday meeting online. This will be a first come, first served opportunity. Directions will be shared with registered participants at sign-up.)
